At your local neighbourhood shop, we do things the neighbourhood way: everything you order from our Online Shop is picked up in store at 3080 Cambie Street in Cambie Village, Vancouver. No shipping fees, no couriers, no tracking numbers — your order is checked by our team and waiting for you at the front desk.
How Buy Online, Pickup In Store Works
Order online through our Online Shop.
We confirm it's ready — you'll get an email, usually the same day and always within 24 hours.
Pick it up at 3080 Cambie St. whenever we're open — daycare drop-off and pick-up times work great. Just show your order confirmation (on your phone is fine).
If life gets busy and your order sits with us more than a week, we'll give you a call — it's not going anywhere. And we can offer local neighborhood delivery as a one-off if there’s no way you can make it in. We’re about getting it right.
Do You Deliver or Ship?
We don't ship, and there's no daily delivery route — Fetching Forever is a pickup shop, which keeps things local and means every order gets a real human double-check. That said, for Vancouver neighbours who genuinely can't make it in, we can sometimes work out a delivery: call or text (604) 977-3647 and we'll see what we can do.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges happen in store — bring the item and your order confirmation or receipt to 3080 Cambie St.
30 days. Return most items within 30 days of pickup for a full refund to your original payment method, or an exchange.
Condition. Items should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Food & treats. Unopened food and treats can be returned within 30 days. Opened food can't be returned — but if your dog turns their nose up at something we recommended, tell us and we'll make it right.
Defective or wrong items. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, bring it in (or just call us) and we'll replace or refund it, no questions asked.
Not returnable: gift cards and final-sale items.
